These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7u774 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Introduction and Acceptance

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 7u774 or any connected platform at the time of registration or use.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 7u774 services, you must register a single personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 7u774 conducts identity verification checks and may request supporting documentation at any time.

One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances held within duplicate accounts may be confiscated. Players found to have circumvented this rule through the use of multiple identities, devices, or payment methods will be permanently banned from the platform.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 7u774 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Account Verification (KYC)
7u774 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or Passport), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC checks. Accounts that fail or refuse verification checks will be restricted or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All monetary transactions on 7u774 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7u774 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. No currency conversion fees are charged. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Deposit Terms
Deposits are credited to your 7u774 account instantly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, deposits will be credited within 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, you must contact support with your transaction reference number. 7u774 accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (09:00–23:00 BST), and within 60 minutes outside these hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment account used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 7u774 reserves the right to apply enhanced KYC verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
Refused and Reversed Transactions
7u774 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage play, breach of these Terms, or technical error. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending investigation, and the player will be notified via their registered contact details.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7u774 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion as published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.

💡 Wagering requirements on welcome bonuses and reload bonuses at 7u774 are stated in full on each promotion's individual terms page. Players should review these before claiming. Unused bonus funds expire after 30 days of inactivity.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other bonus or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.
  • 7u774 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Where 7u774 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a promotional offer (for example, by placing opposing wagers to lock in a profit regardless of outcome), 7u774 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and void any associated winnings.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings that are not wagered within the stated time period will be forfeited automatically.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u774 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Service, place bets, or claim promotions.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account or withdraw funds.
  • Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the 7u774 platform.
  • Opening multiple accounts, using false identity information, or impersonating another person.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 7u774 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game design, and interface layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7u774 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without the prior written consent of 7u774.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7u774 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7u774's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Service Availability
7u774 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 7u774 may suspend or modify the Service at any time and without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. 7u774 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime.
Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7u774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if 7u774 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7u774 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
